Salary: £22,250, increasing to £24,250 following 3 months’ employment

Duties:

Processing of all incoming & outgoing mail.

Collecting payments.
-
Liaising with Insurance companies when applicable.

Liaising with a Premium funding company, downloading & reconciling weekly payment.

Dealing with daily arrears reports & contacting the clients.
-
Reconciling in-house daily banking.
-
Preparing & auctioning a daily diary & Covernote report.
-
Dealing with outstanding debts on cancelled policies.
-
General office duties.

CII Examinations
Skills and Experience:
-
Previous experience working within Car, Van or Home Insurance.
-
Excellent communication & organisational skills.
You will be reporting to the Administration Manager. Salary is £22,250 with an increase to £24,250 following 3 months’ employment and obtaining the IF1 examination via the CII.
You must be willing to work alternate Saturdays.
