BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SALES EXECUTIVE
Salary: £40,000pa, £50,000 OTE

Cassidy Crane Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading global provider of risk solutions to find an enthusiastic Business Development Sales Executive to join their team in Epsom.
The successful candidate will be required to generate leads for End of Life Data services and software through relationships with channel multipliers, service companies and the corporate sector. End of Life Data services and software include Erasure Verification Services, Data Erasure Services, Data Erasure Software and Data Erasure Hardware
The Role:

Grow revenue against set targets from existing clients & partners.

Build mutually beneficial commercial relationships with existing partners.

Identify, research and win new business from targeted list of large existing clients and partners.

Proactively contribute to the whole process of winning new business from prospecting to pitching. Take full responsibility for managing the completion of new business tenders.

Proactively develop and maintain technical knowledge of suite of products; use this knowledge to add value to client and partner relationships.

Identify and sell new services and products against set targets to clients and partners.

Work closely with the Marketing team and external PR agencies on advertising and promotional campaigns.

Prepare for and represent the Company at designated tradeshows, conferences etc.
Requirements:

Degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

Account Management or IT sales experience would be ideal, including experience in selling software, hardware and services.

Track record of exceeding sales targets.

Strong forecasting abilities and knowledge of channel and B2B sales.

Ability to sell and communicate at all levels.

Must understand and be able to demonstrate the concept of up-selling and cross-selling.

Strong communication and customer relationship skills. Strong relationship builder; excellent influencing skills are required.

Excellent time management skills; must be able to analyse and identify key priorities. Must be able to multi-task.

Excellent presentation skills; must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.
The salary for this role is a basic salary of £35,000 per annum with on target earnings of £50,000 per annum.
