CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Salary: £7.50 Per Hour
Type: Contract- 3 Months
Location: Chessington
 

 

Cassidy Crane Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a reputable and established company, recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join their team in Chessington on an 11 week contract.

 

 

The Role:

  • Assisting Customers queries.

  • Answering calls on a bespoke, in house system.

  • Taking orders.

  • Keeping database updated.

  • General customer service duties.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi task.

  • Dedicated worker with excellent organisational skills.

  • Graduate degree desirable.

  • Previous experience working in Customer Service beneficial.

  • Must be able to commit to the full 11 week contract.

 

 

This is a 3 month contract starting from the 7th, 14th and 21st October, you must be available to start on one of these dates. You will need to commit to working at the Christmas period of 27th, 28th and 29th December.

 

The role is full time at 37.5 hours a week, paying £7.50ph + holiday allowance. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5 with an hour for lunch.
