The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a pressurised environment, working to deadlines & KPI’s. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain an insight into the world of Recruitment.

 

The Role:
 

• Managing Candidates through the Recruitment lifecycle.

• Creating robust Candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies.

• Arranging Candidate interviews & creating profiles.

• Generate leads & Market Knowledge for the business.

• Promoting the employer brand at all times.

• Act as an ambassador to the potential Candidate market.

 

Requirements:

 

• Experience working within Sales.

• Results orientated.

• Team Player.

• Able to prioritise and manage time effectively.

• Experience in Health & Social care beneficial.
