Salary: OTE £70K

Cassidy Crane Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Experienced Branch Manager to join a successful and reputable Estate Agency in East Surrey.

 

As a Branch Manager you will need to have confidence in winning business, with a competitive nature and a desire to earn your worth.

The Role –

• Providing excellent customer service over the phone & face to face.

• Generating appointments for viewings and valuations

• Liaising with clients about new properties.

• Assisting customers with viewings in the area.

• Matching customer needs for buying & selling of properties.

• General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input.

• Driving profit & reputation.

• Meeting & achieving targets.

 

Requirements –

• At least 2 years’ experience as a successful Branch Manager.

• Excellent Customer Service.

• Target driven & excellent track record in Sales.

• Full UK drivers licence.

• Able to work Saturdays as part of your 5 day week.
