Cassidy Crane Recruitment are currently recruiting for an established financial services company based in Epsom. Our client is expanding their new business department and are looking for highly motivated and customers focused individuals.

The Role:

 

• Providing the initial point of contact for prospective customers and intermediaries.

• Deal with telephone callers respond promptly, accurately and efficiently to enquiries from existing and prospective customers, intermediaries and other relevant third parties.

• Promote the products and services offered by the business.

• Issue relevant literature, illustrations and application forms for savings accounts, mortgages and additional loans to prospective and existing customers and to intermediaries.

• Proactively follow up enquiries via marketing or our website (or other appropriate sources) with a view to converting these into applications or leads for third parties.

• Contact customers periodically regarding the services/products utilised to ensure suitability and encourage take-up of other related products.

 

 

Requirements:

 

• At least 5 GCSE’s Grades A-C (minimum C grade in both Maths and English).

 

• Experience of working within an Office environment.

 

• Confident and clear phone manner.

 

• Good keyboard & computer literacy, including understanding of Microsoft Office packages.

 

• Excellent communication skills.

 

• CeMap qualification desirable.

 

• Previous experience working within a bank/insurance highly desirable.

 

 

Working hours are: (Monday to Thursday 8am to 6.00pm and Fridays 8am to 5.30pm) and weekend rota (Saturday 8.45am to 2.15pm), but subject to change.
