RENEWAL CLERK

 

Salary: £20,250 - £21,250 pa, OTE £27,000

Cassidy Crane Recruitment are currently working in partnership with an established company based in Tolworth, South West London, to recruit for an intelligent & enthusiastic Renewal Clerk.  

 

Reporting to the Renewal Manager, you’ll be joining the Renewals team at their beautiful, newly refurbished offices. This is an excellent opportunity for those skilled in Customer Service, looking to move on to a successful company.

 

Duties:

 

• Loading of renewals.

• Collecting payments.

• Lapsing policies.

• Collecting payments from Customers.

• Dealing with incoming & outgoing calls relating to policy renewals

• CII examinations – Minimum of IF1 required – organised internally.

 

Skills and Experience:

 

• Previous experience working within Car, Van or Home Insurance.

• Excellent communication & organisational skills.

 

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30-5pm & 10:30-7pm. You must be willing to work alternate Saturdays, 9:00 to 4.30pm. There is a bonus scheme in place- full details to be provided at interview.
