SALES ADMINISTRATOR
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 + bonus (to be determined)

Cassidy Crane Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work for an award winning business based in the Tolworth area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong administration skills.
The Role:

Supporting the Sales team with aftercare of sales and accounts.

Raising quotations.
-
Dealing with customer’s queries and requests.
-
Coordinating with suppliers to ensure orders are delivered on time.

Place purchase orders on suppliers.
-
Produce reports for the sales manager.
-
Maintaining client records.
-
Customer service via e-mail as well as telephone.
-
General administration.
Requirements:
-
Strong IT skills.
-
Confident in MS Office (particularly word & excel).
-
Positive attitude & team player.
-
Previous administration experience.
