SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Salary: Â£16,000 - £18,000 + bonus (to be determined)

Cassidy Crane Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work for an award winning business based in the Tolworth area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong administration skills.

 

The Role:

  • Supporting the Sales team with aftercare of sales and accounts.

  • Raising quotations.

  • Dealing with customer’s queries and requests.

  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure orders are delivered on time.

  • Place purchase orders on suppliers.

  • Produce reports for the sales manager.

  • Maintaining client records.

  • Customer service via e-mail as well as telephone.

  • General administration.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills.

  • Confident in MS Office (particularly word & excel).

  • Positive attitude & team player.

  • Previous administration experience.
