SALES NEGOTIATOR

 

Salary: DOE, Competitive – OTE £55k

Cassidy Crane Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and reputable Estate Agency in Epsom

 

The role requires a pro-active and Sales focused individual who is passionate about properties and happy working in a target driven environment.

 

The Role –

 

• Maintain a database of prospective vendors and purchasers

• Match purchasers to available properties

• Arrange and attend viewings

• Upsell products

• Manage and maintain client relationships

• Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone

• Generating appointments for viewings and valuations

• Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available

• General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input

• Work towards meeting and achieving individual targets

Requirements –

 

• Estate agency or relevant property experience

• Have worked in a target driven environment

• Outstanding Customer Service

• Driven and hardworking

• Full UK drivers licence with own car

 

You MUST have previous or current valuation experience within an estate agency as well as a full UK driving license to be considered for this role. 

 

Core hours weekly are 8.45am – 7pm Monday to Thursday, 8.45am – 6pm on Friday & Saturday. You will be expected to work every other Saturday with a day off during the week
