SALES VALUER

 

Location: Epsom
Salary: £20k per annum OTE £75-£90k DOE
Type: Permanent

 

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Valuer for our client, an established and successful independent estate agency in Epsom 

Your role will be to conduct property valuations for potential clients that are thinking of selling. As a Sales Valuer your main duties will be as follows;

 

• Measure the rooms

• Value the property based on proven market research

• Agree fees and gain new business

• Photograph rooms and property exterior

• Provide a written description and complete marketing paperwork

• Client liaison

 

 

You MUST have previous or current valuation experience within an estate agency as well as a full UK driving license to be considered for this role. 

 

Core hours weekly are 8.45am – 7pm Monday to Thursday, 8.45am – 6pm on Friday & Saturday. You will be expected to work every other Saturday with a day off during the week.
